Reason 12.5.0 Released (VST3)

Kinda buggy. Arturia Efx Fragments shows up as an FX for VST2 (correct) but a Utility for VST3 (incorrect).

This is a known issue and is due to be fixed I was told.

This is great news! I have a ton of VST3 plugins that I usually just don't use. Even with a workaround host plug like bluecat patchwork it's just too much hassle. But if VST3 plugins now appear in the browser alongside VST2, then that is great.

Same deal with me. It's about time Reason 12 gets official VST 3 support. Patchwork might still come in handy until all the bugs are worked out.

Melodyne 5 opened in reason 12 . Will have to see how it works. But at least it opened.

Yeah I see. Hopefully I can load Izotope RX Connect within Reason now.

I'm having scaling issues with Serato Sample ever since upgrading to Reason 12.5 along with other users here on the forum.

Izotope RX Connect is not working either.

Looks like Reason 11 is the safest bet for now.

The Piano Roll

I would also enjoy seeing the keys on the piano roll light up when playing back midi on it so I can see it being played. It helps me remember exactly what I played.

- Sheet music display instead of just piano roll. Hate going back into an old song and having to figure out from the piano roll what key things are in and what the melody is doing

I'm on version 12.7 and have some performance issues like long loading times and graphic glitches on Kontakt 7 and Arturia Lab (VST3)
Plugins are up to date and working perfect in other daws I have like Logic, Cubase, Bitwig.
My System: MacBook Pro (m2pro)
