Channel.phat

Hi!

I'm trying to install Reason 12, but installing doesn't start. I just keep on getting a notice that says:

"Missing file: channel.phat
It needs to be in the same folder as the installer"

I uploaded the zip-file and opened it with the first of the programs that popped up (7-zip?). After that there's nothing to choose (except the language).

How can I put this "channel.phat" and where to exactly?

I can open and close the computer but that summarizes my skills with this art.

Did you try unzipping (aka extracting) the entire zip file before attempting to install? If memory serves me correctly, I've had the same issue when trying to install directly from the zipped file; must unzip first, then install. Doesn't matter where you unzip and you can delete it after the program is finished installing.
