So I've just purchased loads of vst stuff during autumn sales and am now seeing Halloween sale offers but I haven't seen any thing from RS yet?

I don't remember any Halloween sales in the past. I wouldn't count on any substantial sales. I think they gave away some fun Halloween packs last year. But if you hold on one more month, black Friday is right around the corner.

What type of deals on Reason upgrades do they traditionally offer for Black Friday sale?

My guess is that full version and upgrade prices will be reduced by at leas 15 percent. Maybe 30 percent (ideal).
