Reason 11 Suite upgraded to R12

I'm considering selling my perpetual licence and going Reason + subscription.
I understood that the sale of a R11 Suite licence included the licence transfer of the included REs. However, since purchasing the R11 Suite licence I have upgraded to R12.
Does anyone know if I sell my R12 licence will the buyer be entitled to the licences for the REs that came with R11 Suite or has the upgrade to R12 effectively prevented me from including the licence transfer of the REs provided in R11 Suite?

The REs from R11 Suite should be included as this license (as the base for the R12 upgrade) is transferred as well.
