and wondered if there is a preset for Scream or a effect for Reason that can do this?

People in the comments have suggested using a eq, but Bobby says there is more going on.

Well, besides 3 or 4 filters, there is also a simple compressor, but that doesn't matter much, I mean, it's a crime to offer that for $60

I used a tascam 388 and I accidentally stumbled upon this technique, that machine was so good. I miss it, sold it for a new UA apollo rig, but those machines have gone way up in value, wish I still had it.

Would be great if someone could make a combinator , I did search for a rack extension but found nothing. Could be something a dev might want to take on.

My first thought was scream , which has a patch called dOLbSRish but think this Is something else?

Making such a combinator would be a hard task if you're limited to only the stock devices. There is no invertor, no proper basic filters, no latency compensation.
