Hey Guy :-)
I wonder if there is a quick Transpose function to re-key a song or part of one. The first song I put up "Blood on the Sun" has my Emvoice One on it. I'd like to give it a go with my own voice but it's a bit high for my range. I'd like to bring all the instrumentation down either a tone or semi tone. I know you can lasso a group of notes and drag them down (or up) together, but the sound is ear shattering! In Cakewalk there is a function to transpose every note in a selected clip. Does Reason have a similar feature?

Thanks

Yes, using the ‘inspector’ at the top of the edit window. You can also select a range of notes and use key commands to raise/lower pitches a semitone or octave at a time, which also gets around the issue of hearing all the pitches as you drag a selection.

Thanks so much, selig!

I actually WANT to hear individual notes when editing, but not ‘loud tone clusters’ when I select larger regions! So I leave that function on (for single notes) and use the inspector for large selections.

It's sooo annoying, I can't see why people would leave it on.
