Reason 12 crash after last update 12.2.5d138

Since the last update of Reason 12, the program shows an unsightly behavior: Whenever I send my Macbook Air M1 to sleep mode by closing the lid, Reason crashes. However, this behavior only occurs when I use external sound card from EVO. Before the update from reason, the behavior was different.
Has anyone had similar experiences? Am I looking for the error in reasonstudio or in my Macbook?
