UMPF keeps losing sound

Hi guys!

I'm on Reason 11 & 12 (both latest stable versions)/Running the Rack Plugin inside of Ableton Live 10/11 also. I've noticed a recurring problem with UMPF instrument: The sounds are totally off when a patch is launched; Although I can see the lights blanking on it. It took me weeks to figure out how to get to play the sounds since I couldn't find any info on the web about the situation. After many frustrating tries, one day, I randomly clicked the level by one of the cells and it played. So, then I repeated the process for the other seven and everything was fine. However, the levels of the device are cut off again once Reason is shut down.

So, am I the only person experiencing this problem. If somebody else went through it, any advice or known fix for this?

This sounds like bug that should be reported to Reason Studios.
