Has anyone experienced double triggering when recording MIDI?

Lately I've been having an issue where my Nektar P6 will input two notes with a single key-press. It does this randomly. I don't know if it's a problem with the controller or Reason itself. I've had the P6 since it came out and there are no other issues that might lead me to believe it's the source of the doubling. Has anyone else had experience with double triggering? What do you suggest to fix it?

this is usually the device being installed twice, not an issue exclusive to the Nektar range.
http://www.midiox.com/ might be a way to find out what your midi stuff is sending.
if it was me I'd just uninstall the midi devices in windows and reinstall the stuff you need.
