Authorizer issue

Just bought & downloaded a new RE. When Authorizer launched, I got a little box saying the app was launching for the first time (huh?). Then when I clicked Go Ahead, it crashed

I've tried a bunch of different browsers, every one's the same - Authorizer won't launch (or it does launch, stays there for a minute or two doing nothing, then crashes). And my new RE hasn't appeared in the rack

Anyone else experiencing this (Mac OS Big Sur)?

Make sure that you are using the latest version of authorizer

Yup, tried that. Still just hangs without opening. I guess I'll contact RS
