Enter Chords to create Chord charts?

I have a subscription to Chordify which allows me to get a quick look at the chord structure of existing songs but there's no way to actually enter chords to create songs which can be played (and downloaded as MIDI is nice too).

I could hook up a midi keyboard and go through the work of creating midi tracks in Reason 12, of course. But it's just quicker/easier to set a time signature, bpm, and enter chords to create chord charts that can be played (and downloaded as midi is nice too).

Does anyone know of a service or product that allows a user to simply enter chords from a computer keyboard to create a chord chart that can be played by the computer (and downloaded as midi is nice too)?
