VSTs are too small now in Reason 12

I tried "No" and "Yes" for autoscaling - same results. It is not just Izotope plugins, its also Arturia, uhe and others... How are you guys making music, I dont get it?? The problem is I opened a lot of my projects in R12 before I realize this is an issue and now I can't finish my songs.
