(solved) HiRES Bug?

I'm on version 12.2.1d50 on windows10,
when I load Humana, Klang, Pangea or Radical Piano, they are in low resolution, but the rest of the devices in stock are in high resolution.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Yeah it’s a bit of a shame this step seems to come up with a lot of users, clearly the way these devices were implemented as different to both native devices, and rack extensions. I admit it’s pretty clumsy.
