Get rid of the vouchers, and just give us points accumulation accounts, like PiBoutique. And in doing so, you'll get rid of the nasty "use this voucher in 60 days or kiss your points goodbye" feature.
Yes, that's a great idea.

Why is everything so difficult?

Because this is a very convoluted scheme aimed at what the user does not take advantage of.
Moreover, it is necessary to register in advance in order to receive points.

I have 139 points, and in Canada: Friction / Algoritm are both 139$ CAD. So close to get one of these for free! But its a nice gesture nonetheless. Thanks James.

I just got 30 reward points for signing up to Take and Figure iOS apps. Might help some people tick over the amount they need. I have 92 which is kind of frustrating

Wish there were a 100 point voucher. I have exactly 100 and would like to use for Algoritm. But now I need 25 more!

I bet they will introduce a 100 point voucher directly after I use 50 of my points to buy Friktion.

The rewards page says you get 5 percent back in points for anything spent in the reason shop.

Let's see..

That means you need to spend $2000 to earn one hundred points.

Hmm kinda sounds like a lot. I wonder how many points I have.

Oh god no.

I have 174 points.

Have I really spent $3480 at the reason shop?

I wish I didn't know that.
Don't do the math guys. It really hurts.

Losing any points is unfortunate. Unused points should go back into your account.

More voucher options would help alleviate some of this, but having custom vouchers or just doing away with the voucher stage would be even better.

I've only just discovered I actually have reward points! I never bothered looking into what they actually were, I wonder how many other users don't have a clue they have a money saving option in their account?

Me! I just now looked into it and I have 103 voucher points. But what I noticed was that for 3 purchases I made in march and april It showed 0 points for those purchases?

I think you only get points for purchases $20 and over. Because 5% of 19 is less than one.

Can the $125 voucher be used on one cart containing two items?
For example, could you pick up Polystep and Pattern Mutator for $13?

I was hoping the points could be used for upgrades before the new price hike but I imagine that's pushing it. Thanks anyway for making this better.
actually by buying the upgrade you will get 20 reward points

I have 123 points, in part by purchasing all the devices I wanted, which happen to be the ones available in the rewards store!

Oh well!

Hmm. I said 100!!! That’s the logical option. As James said, the RS REs are priced at €109 and they’re working in away to see that people don’t lose 16 points by using a €125 voucher. Seems to me the better option would have been 100 points voucher.
Great feedback thanks. I agree, a 100 voucher makes a lot of sense. And really, the voucher should just "return the credits" to your account that aren't used IMO. So those 16 points would go back to your account.
The $100 voucher doesn't makes sense, at least to anyone outside the US. Hypothetically if I had any Reason REs to get (you guys better make some new ones quickly lol). I would still have to pay $39CAN after using the $100 proposed voucher. So the The $125 is definitely better for us.

I don't see why it needs to be an either/or. The 25 and 50 point vouchers weren't removed to add the 125. Aside from just moving away from the need for vouchers and just using points, adding more voucher options would be good.

The problem is that they aren't stackable. One and done.

I haven’t looked in the Rewards shop for a while. Never much to spend my ‘Rewards’ on. Just noticed SKP’s Zeotrope is in there. I might grab that with my vouchers. Can you use two Rewards vouchers on the same item? I have a 50 and a 25.

Apparently not at the moment but James
Pember said he is looking into this.

Looking at it the entire incremental 'voucher' system is a bit broken, be a whole lot simpler if you could just apply your points to a discount. I buy art supplies from an online store and they run a rewards system where you can just use any points from previous purchases in checkout, click apply and it is done.
Dead easy and simple.
