Not seeing the check box. is this preference box in reason or companion?

Open Reason go to edit then preferences under general tab right at the bottom there is a section called Reason+ make sure Open Companion on Startup is unticked...

THANK YOU! This also applies to Reason 11. I tried 12 via R+ for the $3/3 mo deal and opted to uninstall and go back to 11. I was a bit aggravated to see that window pop for every boot.
