Authorizer not letting me download REs

...anybody else having problems...?

I have downloaded the latest Codemeter and same situation...I also tried to 'Sync All' without luck.

I have tried several times....it just brings up the Authorizer window and then hangs...

I am up-to-date with 11.3.9d22 version and from the release notes it says it has fixed the bug if Reason+ has been uninstalled.

I am trying specifically to download Props POP Guitarist RE which has been discontinued but I am having no luck downloading any RE via the 'Sync All' tab anyways...

Any help....is appreciated...

Maybe something is corrupt in your RE folder. Try to delete some temporary files. On Windows the folder is something like C:\Users\<<YOU>>\AppData\Roaming\Propellerhead Software\RackExtensions
