Having trouble recording analog mic inputs (Madiface XT)

Hi guys!

If this belongs in a different subforum feel free to move the post.
Recently I got lucky and got a used Madiface XT on Ebay for very cheap which replaces my Octa-Capture. However, I am having trouble recording with the dedicated ASIO driver. The interface has two metric tonnes of MADI inputs which I've manually disabled in "Preferences -> Audio -> Active Input Channels". At the moment, only the two analog inputs are enabled. Unfortunately, I don't get any signal. They definitely do work and I'm confident that I've chosen the correct inputs because both Reaper and RX can record with no issues.
Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be? Reason support has not gotten back to me for over a week so I figured I'd ask here as well.
