Just saw this. Havenβt had a chance to look at it yet and probably wonβt until tonight. Looks really helpful. Without knowing what it already does, would it be possible to add a checkbox beside each RE so you could tick the ones you own? Thanks for making it.

Thanks for the feedback. It is not possible to add a checkbox beside each device to store a personal user inventory of purchased products.

We understand; however, we are expanding and prefer direct email communication with people interested in our products, tools and services. We plan to continue adding features to the ReInventory based on user feedback. Thanks.

tried to make password for your site... seems it has been compromised ... sadly I was interested in this but not if malware exists on the site.Clicked the link provided to make an account and get it and these messages popped up from my anti virus app.

Hello moneykube, thanks for the notice. We haven't seen this before and the site is not compromised. For peace of mind, you could have Avast analyze the site again using their "Report a suspected false positive" form (https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php).

Sound great! I do a little PowerBI myself and I was wondering, are you somehow scraping the data from the RS shop, or are you doing this all manually in a series of excel tables? Seems like a lot of work if you are doing the latter! Anyway, thanks for providing this for the community!

I'm leveraging Google sheets that feed my "Virtual Reason Rack", as it includes info, urls and images of discontinued devices. The ReInventory Power BI dashboard is pointing to these Google sheets and scraping Reason Studio's main and individual shop pages for changes in release date, version and price. The dashboard refreshes every 2 hours to pick up these data points, although the shop is not structed is a consistent manner so manual checks must be performed on occasion.Despondo wrote: β11 Dec 2020Sound great! Thanks for the description of your setup. Sounds like a good way to go with minimal manual input. Again, thanks for the tool!Noel G. wrote: β12 Dec 2020I'm leveraging Google sheets that feed my "Virtual Reason Rack", as it includes info, urls and images of discontinued devices. FYI, for those receiving a Phishing alert from Avast, user Carly(Poohbear) submitted a "Report a suspected false positive" form and Avast whitelisted the site on their end. Quick update. I've add a user manual links to the dashboard on the 2nd tab. Check it out and let me know what you think. Will continue to add more links over time.
A special thanks to Despondo for sending me his saved user manuals.
