Tempo Trouble

I created a song where I controlled the tempo by automating the transport tempo.
If I export the song and play it back in any media player it works just fine. The tempo is played back correctly, it varies as it should.

If I take the exported track and import it back into a new Reason song, the playback tempo is constant. But the tempo of the song is supposed to vary! I know it varies because it plays fine if I play it in a media player or upload it to soundcloud.

Can anyone tell me what in the hell is going on here?

Try right clicking on your wave file in the sequencer, then choose "Disable Stretch".
