49-Key Midi Controller Query

So here's the deal, I recently aquired the Nektar LX49+. I bought it because of it's integration with reason and the size, as it was going on my desk.
A few days ago I aquired a keyboard stand, which I never really thought of before but it actually works really well.

So now I'm thinking about trading in my LX49+ and getting something a bit less entry level, with a few more bells a whistles

I have my eye on the M-Audio Code49, however I hope someone can expand on the integration with Reason
- are all the knobs/buttons intitively mapped?
- does it have an intrument/mixer mode similar to that of Novation/Nektar ?
- how is the build quality
- how does it fair against the LX 49+ ?

My other options would be the Nektar P4 or Novation SL MKiii - although those may break the bank. Any comments on these two devices?
