Roland A800 PRO and Reason 11

Hi! Anybody here using successfully this Roland A800 PRO controller with Reason?

My main concern is regarding the Reason setup. I saw in the maps folder a file that mentions it (also A300 and A500) but don't know if it works or you have to config the controllers manually.

It seems like a nice controller, its has 61 keys although there aren't weighted nor semi-weighted, works straight with USB without AC adapters, has transport controls, lots of knobs, a few pads, sliders, Expression controller input and aftertouch which my current M-AUDIO Oxygen 61 doesn't have.

Any comments about it will be appreciated, I use Reason on a home studio as a hobby.

Hi GRB,

I am using the A800 Pro since 5 years exclusively with Reason.
I never had any trouble with it. I dont think I use every function of it, but knobs, faders and pads are fine and fun to play with for me.
Also I did not install the software that came with it. It worked with Reason instantly.

To mention: I am a hobby noise maker too, of course.
