So it's been in the shop for awhile now but doesn't seem to have any ratings and I was wondering why?

Has anyone brought it?
Or just trialled it?
Maybe you're just too busy using it to rate it?

I wonder how much use it’s gotten. you probably wouldn’t reach for it if you’re looking for transparent correction, and if you want “desirable” pitch correction artifacts, Neptune already does a solid job. I’d guess that the Antares RE is for when you’re really looking for the exact sound of Antares, and I imagine that might be fairly uncommon.
