Get MIDI Data from Lite 11 into Reason 10.

Well...I opened Reason Lite 11.3 and started recording a song. One redrum, and two RE instruments. I saved the song but obviously can't open it with reason 10. Is there any way I can get the recorded MIDI notes from the sequencer in Lite over to the Sequencer in Reason 10. I kind of like what I did which doesn't happen that often. Copy/Paste doesn't work. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Isn't there the option under file "save midi as track/file" ?
