Is there a way to load songs or copy/paste into Reason rack lite?

Hi, I was trying to move some parts from my Reason 9.5 into a rack but could not find a simple way without recreating the part from midi import and rebuild the instruments. Is there an easier way I missed perhaps?

Haven't tried. But I think you need to save each Reason 9 instrument/fx setup per track as a Combinator. Then export the midi.
In the other DAW you should be able to open the Combinators inside the Rack Plugin (RRP), and finally import the midi.
If any VSTs are involved, you have to add that manually in the other DAW, because the RRP cannot handle VSTs.
