Does anyone want the parameter value to be expressed as a percentage or 0-100 rather than 0-127?

Doesn't matter what anyone wants, existing parameters will remain the same. New RE parameters can be whatever the developer defines them to be: 0..100, -1000..1000 or anything else.

#1 on my Reason 12 wishlist: parameters expressed as breeds of dogs.

It actually depends on the parameter. 0 to 127 matches the MIDI CC range so makes sense from that viewpoint but 0 to 100% would suit other things and, of course, dB would be more appropriate for some controls.

But I'm mostly not bothered!

Same. In the end I care about how it sounds, not if it is in %, 0-127, ms or Hz
