No sound in export

Hey everyone, I'm new here so I apologize for my general newb-iness (think I posted to the wrong thread before).

I'm having some trouble with a VST not playing sound. I just purchased the Waves Electric 88 Piano plugin and every time I export and listen to it, there's no sound for that instrument for the first 8 bars. I'm on PC using Windows 10 if that helps. Anyone know how to fix this?

It might be worth posting the Reason file for us to look at, even without the VST we may be able to see something you overlooked.
