trouble installing reason 11 Suite

I have downloaded reason 11Suitet 5 times now and I keep getting this error
Missing File Channel Phat it needs to be in the same folder as the installer please help

Have you extracted all the files from the installer package?

There should be: channel.phat, Install Reason Suite 11.exe, softtarget.phat, and a Sound Banks folder.
