Yup, Scream has a bit crusher option. It’s good. No control over exact hz/bit values and you have to bring the drive knob down to avoid extra distortion but it definitely does the job.

Remember to turn the "body" and EQ sections off if you just want a dry bitcrush. I think the mode is called "Digital".

There's a Lo-Fi effect in the Dist section of Synchronous, and also a circuit setting in the Audiomatic Retro Transformer.

Both of which have a dry/wet knob so you can dial back the effect if it's too strong, an advantage that Scream4 lacks.

It isn't stock, but it is free!
That Music Company/Distort Chain has a nice bit crush feature along with some other effects.

Good lookin out! I've had too many new toys to play with lately, that I've forgotten about Synchronous. I'll make it a point to dust him off for the next project

I've been using https://www.tritik.com/product/krush/ Krush as it's free. It has a different sound than Scream, Pulv, Audiomatic, and Synch (which I'll often also put in the chain for other sound/effects).
