Hello,
While browsing the internet, I haven't encountered a lot of informations about using Presonus Atom at Reason Studios, so I'd like to ask here, maybe someone could help.
I would like to know if there is a chance to create a remotemap for this device so that Reason has mapped transport keys every time i run program. Would be great if additional functions such as changing the patches, frequency, resonance, undo, redo etc. could assign to that as well. Unfortunately , every time I set knobs and buttons (for these options i mentioned , among with few others), when I exit and start Reason I have to set everything up again.

Thanks

It sounds like your using the MIDI override, where you assign remote items from within the rack. This method is tied to the reason document and is limited to one assignment for each control.
To have a full remote map, you first need to have a codec. The codec is wrote in LUA scripting and the remote map is a tab delimited text file. You can download the Remote SDK from RS

Hi ,
Thank you very much Djsmex for the explanation and links. Yes i was using Midi override all the time. Not sure where to get the codec , if there any exist , but edit the remotemap should okay.
I hoped that someone has already created something similar to make some adjustments to that , guess there are few Atom users in Reason or just the additional keys and functions are not important for most.
Thanks and regards
