Scrolling in the Sequencer too sensitive, no scroll bar?

I'm new to using the Reason DAW and found that scrolling around the piano-roll for the note-input in the sequencer is very awkward. Using my mouse's scroll wheel, a single notch on the wheel brings me up a sizable amount of space instead of smoothly up the piano roll, and there is no scroll bar available. I also couldn't find any answers online about fixing this, finding a scroll bar, or any other things to make this less of an issue. If there's any way to easily scroll vertically and horizontally, be it by clicking+dragging while holding some key, or by adjusting some settings, that would be great to know about.
