A full license (whether old or new) for 100€ is going to be almost impossible to come by. Maybe you’ll get lucky, though. But yeah, Intro might be your best bet.

Dirt cheap licenses pop up routinely on eBay. When I decided to come back to Reason, I got an Essentials 9 license for like $30. Eventually sold it for what I paid+fees and got a full Reason 10 license for $120.
