problem with loop button on transport!!

Sorry annoy guys.
IM using reason 10.4.1 d4 build 10700 .
My loop button on transport control is not activating. Nor using mouse nor using L shortcut.

Anyone with this problem
What can I doing wrong eventually.

I assume you have set start and end points for the loop?

I am having the same issue. I even upgraded to Reason 11. That didn’t solve the issue. The click button doesn’t work in the transport control either for me.

ok I stumbled on another poet online. It has something to do with the control surfaces. I went in and deselected all the control surfaces and the loop and click functioned worked. Previously I was using Maschine and it must have been the way I configured it or something.
