Cannot open Reason

I have installed and uninstalled it multiple times and ways and on 2 different computers. Cannot get it to open. Keeps saying that either a soundbank is missing or id8.dat is missing when they are all together in the reason folder. Can someone help? Would really like to actually try this program out lol. Thanks in advance!

Which version of Reason and what is in your Soundbank folder after you install? (ProgramData\Propellerhead Software\Soundbanks) assuming Windows.
