The Recent list that you find by right clicking on the Reason 11 icon in the taskbar is populated but when I select a document it says it can't be found.
When I'm in Reason I can find the file so it's not been moved, it's just windows not pointing to the file correctly.
Anyone know how to fix this?

It works fine for me with Reason 10. From your screenshot it looks as though the .reason file extension isn't associated with Reason, as it hasn't got the correct file icon.

No that's not it, the file associations are correct, it's just specifically Reason (edit) 11 in the taskbar.

The same issue here with Reason 11.

Glad I'm not alone with this one.
Out of interest, have you done anything to customise file locations. I have, the soundbanks are on another hard drive with Symlinks. Maybe that's a factor.

No - nothing like symlinks or something.

Sounds like something worth raising as a bug but I can't think what might cause it for some but not others.

I had the same issue with the recent items list on the Win10 taskbar after I upgraded from R10 to R11 Suite. I would get the same message if I clicked on any recent item. In my case it was the upgrade to R11 Suite that messed up certain entries in registry. I fixed it by making changes in the windows registry, I dont now remember the exact steps I did, and I dont recommend it unless you know what you're doing. The only other solution that works is a clean install of Windows 10 and then install Reason Suite.

I reported it as a bug but they didn't know what was going on.

Log in as administrator during win 10 startup. Then open reason and check to see if it opens up files. Had a similar thing happen when win 10 did an update a few weeks back. Screwed up my ability to open reason and update some of my plugins. Don't know what it did "win 10 update" and i don't know why it started working after signing in as administrator? Then i signed out and rebooted into my regular account problem gone.
