When trying to register Reason 11 Suite upgrade I keep getting this Fail Code.
Registration failed: The license server responded with 500.
Please try again or Contact support if your error persists
Any body else have this same issue? And yes I've started a support ticket.

I think they are having issues with the licensing or registration of the new Update R11 and its a Serverside Problem how some people found out in another Thread.
I am having the issue, tht I cannot Online-Login in R11. I get the Message "Authorization Missing". Sadly, no response from the Support since nearly 2 Weeks.

It´s pretty irritating to get no answer on this... I know, R11 just released and all are busy but, I also have to stick to a schedule and working on my Laptop is essentiell for it. I just will always give a answer with some random words to keep threads like this above in hope, a Dev would read it

I cannot Register it new because I only bought the Upgrade via the Online Shop but if this message appears, you need to type in the License Number and the Registration Number but you only get that if you are buying the Boxed Version?

Ah okay, but what will it help ?
My Account was reseted on release of R11 because I bought the the normal upgrade for R11 but wanted the Suite. The support helped me out here but had to do something with my account. After that, I could not log in via Online Validation anymore.
My offline License is on my home PC and I have one Ignition Key (Main Studio) and want to use the Online-Login on my Laptop.

Hello, I solved it. I had to redownload the R11 Suite because I installed the R11 Standard before I got the Suite. After I installed the R11 Suite, it worked.
