I've just bought Serato Sample, because Reason has no time stretch sampler. Doen't understand me wrong, Serato sample is nice and sounds great, but there are so many features in it missing. Grain on the other hand has all the right features like filter with envelope controll and you can drag and drop samples in it. But sadly it's missing a time stretch mode.

Reason Studios, please implement a time stretch sampler mode in Grain!

I think it doesn't make much sense since it is a granular synth. But maybe some clean transpose instead of pitching (i assume that is what you are after) could be interesting.

1.Drag sample, set sample "window" to the entire sound
2.Change motion dropdown to "Envelope 1"
3.Modify Envelope 1 to beat sync, 2 bars for example or longer
4.Set mode to spectral grains
5.Set fft size to 0%

There is your time stretch mode.
