Stuck after all these years

Hi guys. I have been away from Reason for a number of years and thus this forum, but I'm back and I need a little help. I just opened a song file yesterday that I had opened a few times before over the past week. Only this time it would not play anything, meaning the song played but there was no sound. There were notes in the sequencer, but nothing triggered. However, when I triggered the sample that was loaded into the nn19 it played back. I have various nn19's with different samples on each, all sequenced, but no sound triggered when the play button is hit. Other songs I have all play, so I'm stumped. Any ideas would greatly help. YOu have something wrong in your audio chains. You see some output on the big meter? If not, check the routings...maybe something soloed or all muted.
