get the Init patch, my instrument always comes with a chosen patch. But I've seen on youtube a plain init patch. Is this because it is a trial reason 10?

Under 'Preferences > General' you can deselect "Load default sound in new devices"
But note that this also sets the default browsing location, so I prefer to leave that option on.

Alternatively, you can right-click on the device or go to the Edit menu and choose "Reset Device"
If you're on macOS... under 'System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > App Shortcuts' I set this to ⌘R
