CC numbers for new devices

I've looked at the midi implementation chart and searched the web but I can't find cc numbers for any of the new devices (grain, Europa etc.)
The only way I can control them is to use Remote override which is really annoying to set up and it ruins my work flow.
I even looked into editing the Remote codec but I don't see how that would work without the cc info.

Any ideas?
