Am I missing something? I'm logged in (albeit on my work MacBook rather than my authorised studio Mac Pro) but I don't see a 'Trial' option for any REs. Just 'Add to Cart' and 'Subscribe'. Can anyone see the 'Trial' option anymore?
"GET TRIAL" link are under the device images. This is invisible for you? My browsers show properly.
I see it on my home MacBook in Safari now, but I didn't see it on my work MacBook in Chrome when I posted my comment earlier. Maybe it's the ad block thing mentioned elsewhere. Very odd. Props said it was where you say it is. Maybe it wasn't displaying properly earlier today as the new look was rolled out?

i don't like the lack of focus. first page should be about the main product only and 2nd page rack extension shop. also the design should reflect the experience of what it is like to use the main product. if they put sliding banner ads into reason 11 i am not going to upgrade. i feel a little bad about having an opinion on this but i bet i am not the only user to keep a tab to the propshop open in my browser and have spend at least 5 seconds of every day checking for any new RE (RE devs i love you all) and this redesign isn't going to change that. new arrivals are there so its fine i guess.

On mobile the accept cookies button is under the top banner of shop options so i can't click on it to remove the blue notification.
Solved. Thanks.

I think it looks good now, an improvement visually, at least.

The description text on the new reason pianos RE just fades out for me, with no option to read it all...

I don't like fade outs in either music or text ;)

I'm really surprised that they aren't using @font-face. Not using webfonts on a marketing site in 2019 is a perplexing choice.

The shop still looks very different to the main site. They would unify the layout and design. Have a look at the NI site.

You can still feed your OCD by entering the shop where the the product grid or filters are displayed as they are not aligned to the header and footer.

It'd be super helpful if you also mention your browser, browser version and platform. I'm not seeing any of this in Chrome for example. :)

I can confirm this on Chrome 75 / Mac, but only on super narrow windows size (1024? pixels or less). But then most of the modern web layouts go to their knees.

Here's another one (Firefox 60.7.2 ESR / Mac) at 1920x1200:

Thanks for fixing the main text fadeout, it was only possible to read the full text in reader mode!

That's a pretty old Firefox version, isn't it? Seems like you cannot even load some graphics (like shopping cart, arrow down...). I'm not having any of these issues on Firefox 67.0.3 / Mac

It is the ESR (extended service release) of Firefox - so it is still an official release for people or institutions relying on a "stable" branch with only one update per year (but having regular security fixes). 60 ESR will be replaced by 68 ESR in Q4/2019.

It would be nice to have a favorite option for the shop for now, and ultimately have a shop gateway from within Reason one day.
Thanks.
Good idea. Also perhaps an optional "alerts for new arrivals in the shop" within Reason too, which I say, is optional in the preferences for those that wouldn't want that upsetting their workflow and d'you know how Reason alerts you of a new update after opening, the same if there's an update to an existing Re you have in the shop too. Even in real-time (so not just on start up) if you have internet connection.

All PH will have to do for that built in PH Store concept is to swap it with that useless tutorial windows all of us keep shut anyway.
The real estate is already there.
