Hi, I wonder anyone can help. If I have a mono file; why is that no matter what method of export I use, it comes out as a stereo file. I want to export the audio / channels - and import them all into a Pro Tools session; to ready for mixing. It's annoying that all mono tracks are stereo.

How can I export a mono channel AS mono? :reason:

I lay out how to do this in this music thread. Somewhere near the middle...

Two things: make sure there are no inserts added to mono audio channels that create a stereo output, and then when you Bounce Mixer Channels make sure you select "None" (or "All except fader section") under "Apply Mixer Settings".
