REASON 10 WONT OPEN ON FRESH INSTALLED WINDOWS 10

i would like to ask you what should i do to open my reason 10 .. whenever i am trying to open it it will crash and unkown expection ,, i am down dont know what should i do thanks for help!

Try to uninstall and reinstall Reason and Authorizer.
