Reason 10.4 - Manage Content Error

So I updated to Reason 10.4, attempted to download content in the 'Manage Content' window.... and this is what happens... tried uninstalling, and reinstalling Reason... same result... HELP!

I had the same problem . I had to uninstall Reason 10.4 and reinstall 10.3 . A few days later in installed Reason 10.4 and everything was fine .

I tried that too, same result, *sigh* very frustrated, Logic is my fate it seems... not nearly as fun

solved the problem by copying the files from my PC... didn't solve the download problems, but at least I have Humana, Pangaea, etc. now
