damn.. they look so much the same... went to buy mixfood 127 sample fun... but mistakenly bought 128 mixfood rythm section... did not want the rythm secection but now own both and will not hold my breath for a refund even though I caught it in minutes and placed ticket.. so it says in fax.... no refund on downloadable products,,, surly there must be excepts to this...I would rather spend that 12 bucks on something I will use... I have bought countless re's to this point and I am up to date with all software.,,, bought complex1 as well and can not justify this redundant extra purchacs of a "dtum machine"... got loads of drum machines now and rairly use them. :o :!:

I would guess Props will help you with this seeing as how you contacted them directly.

also noticed after only one month of not being able to rent Resonans Physical Synthesizer , the money I paid disappeared and it is no longer a subscription list... if anything I woud have rented another month for the synth... money spent should not disappear.

Hey, that doesn't sound right! Resonans should definitely still be available for both subscriptions and Rent-to-own!
I think were was some kind of bug in the shop that updated products might disappear from existing subscriptions, but I thought that was fixed by now?

When did this happen?

Good luck...Maybe you want to keep the device, it is not that bad and a few drum sounds for a few bucks? Why not?

Propellerhead will not give you a refund for anything under any circumstances. Even if they admit they included wildly false information about the product or it's price on it's shop page. Not even if they literally just charged you more than the price listed on the website and you send them screenshots to prove it (which is probably illegal but who's gonna sue us over $17.63 trolololo...) No refunds. Ever. It's one of those things that make Propellerhead such a *special* company.

I once got a refund from Apple for Motion. Needed FCP instead. I wrote to them, told them I'd made a mistake based on bad advice (long story) and they just deleted it from my icloud account and gav ev me money back.

That was Apple. So totally think it's worth asking Props. They're pretty easy in my experience.
