So I've been using Reason as my primary DAW for about a year and a half now, and I absolutely love it, to the point that if given the option, I would never open Pro Tools again. I have found workarounds for pretty much everything I need to except for one thing, and that is group comping audio tracks. If I could simultaneously comp multiple drum tracks in Reason, I would literally never need to use any other DAW. Make it happen Propellerhead.

P.S. Video support is a close second, but I least I can make that happen with a VST.

I have yet to use one, but am planning on getting VidPlayVST when I need to.

I'd be happy if I could see a midi track in the pitch correction window.
@pushedbutton on twitter, add me, send me a message, but don't try to sell me stuff cos I'm skint.
Using Reason since version 3 and still never finished a song.

Me too! :) And maybe export the midi of my vocal track... (as I found bounce to midi sometimes doesn't really yield the same effect...)

It's a joke meme, sometimes it starts off people posting more Spiderman memes, not that I want to hijack your thread, just a bit of fun.

When I saw people talking about video support instead of going on a rant about how great it would be I figured I'd try something else ^^

+1 Video support (with editing features please).

PLUS 1!
Boring, but addressing the future. What will version advances matter if nobody can see Reason anymore after they upgrade their display?

What I want is an animated King Gustaf that pops up and busts out his rave moves when you make a dank beat.

I'm a very boring person, and I agree.

After working this weekend in several songs I have to tell that I'd wish there were an option to tell Reason to close any open project when opening a new one.

My PC is not the most powerful and opening a project without closing the previous one had my Reason instance in blank mode for a while until it finally reacted so I could close the previous project. As my libraries are in an external solid drive, restarting Reason would even take longer.

When your big project is open and you want to switch to another - try going File / New to open a blank project, then close your big project, then open your next project and the template should automatically close. This should save doubling up on DSP and make the process a bit smoother.

Sounds like a nice workaround, I'll do that from now, thanks :)
