I often want to see a value lower than -36DB
Does anyone else want to add this feature?
If you can see the lower value easily, it would be better for noise control or mixing, and it would be better if the part is adjusted in the setting.
Will it take too much resources?
I think I want to see a value lower than -36DB each time.
Perhaps a plug-in will find these features
I think this and the loudness meter should basically be in the DAW.
Do I want too much?
Does anyone want to see a lower db in Spectrum Analyzer?
I am a bit carefully here... Normally PH has something in mind if they choose stuff. If they do not let a synth create audio beyond 18khz, it can make sense as an example...
I find it weird, that RV7000 gate doesn't go below -36db too... I know somewhere around -40db is barely audible and -60db isn't audible on a CD... I consider most stuff below that as noise. Do I need to care about it? Rarely imo, it's not audible in a busy mix and often gated.
And yes, I want to have it around -40db.

You're looking at the EQ gain labels.
