(I apologize for the sentence using a translator.)

I have a nerve-wracking experience whenever I play this demo song.

In particular, it is most likely that noise occurs most frequently from the 29th bar to the 45th bar, starting The tempo seems to be slowing down, and the irregular tics keep ringing.

Can you listen to it and test it?

There has been such a problem in my MacBook (early2013).

So recently I set up a Windows 10 pro pc.

cpu : i-9 7940x
m/b : asus PRIME-X299-DELUXE-II
ram :128 giga
ssd : samsung 970 pro 1tera
vga: RADEON VII
.....
AUDIO : LINE 6 HELIX (USB2.0)

Nevertheless, the noise and the instability of tempo are occurring in the same way.

I'm dying. Help me.

At bar 29 some additional instruments enter and might push your DSP meter into the red.
On my not that new or powerful system (AMD Phenom II X6 1055T, just on-board sound card) the DSP meter is at 3-4 bars most of the time, but I don't get any noise or dropouts when using a big enough buffer (>1024 samples with ASIO4ALL).
So the problem is most likely that you did not optimise your PC/windows for audio or set a too small output buffer.

well..... I don't have any issues with playback or DSP but something is going horribly wrong with this track on my system. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not but the master bus is clipping way into the red by default. The mix is way too loud to the point of being painful, forcing me to turn my headphones down or reach for the master fader just to listen to this song.

At 44.1kHz and using 64 samples buffer using my old M-Audio 2496 PCI soundcard.
I just get one DSP "blipp" in Reason. Playback no problem at all with pops and clicks.
And it does not clip it is just very hot mix. :)

Optimizing Windows will make probably make a huge difference.

edit: Forgot, I use a i5 3570K with 8GB ram
