How do i Dload added Instruments or Fx to my subscription?

There is No Dload link to further added instruments or FX to my subscription i purchased ???????
i have been trying for days to resolve this issue

I don't have a subscription so I can't be sure but isn't there a download option on the products page?

Alternately, I believe you receive an email after subscribing, isn't there a link somewhere?

Are you logged in when trying to access? I believe you have to Web Authorize to have access to them
