Getting "network error", but my internet is fine. Others experiencing it too. What's happening?
I'm scared to close Reason now.. I'll take your word for it. Product page won't load
Same here.Klaus—Morlock wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018Getting "network error", but my internet is fine. Others experiencing it too. What's happening?

They seriously need to introduce telephone support. I'm working to a deadline, and this is horrible.
Seems to only be a problem with internet verification. I have my computer authorized and it opens fine.

How do you authorise your computer? I've been using the programme for the last 4 years and only now I'm getting this message.
I noticed a few REs had updates, was trying to sync. No product page. Wish Propellerhead would get this sorted out!
If you ain't hip to the rare Housequake, shut up already.
Damn.
Damn.

Trying desperately to use the code meter to authorise my computer, but that's just hanging there too — authoriser not opening. This has made my mind up about working solely within Reason in the future. I'll never make that mistake again.
You have the option to authorize the computer so that this problem doesn't happen. So when it starts working again you should authorize your PC in your account settings. If you use multiple PC then you would need a dongle I think.Klaus—Morlock wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018Trying desperately to use the code meter to authorise my computer, but that's just hanging there too — authoriser not opening. The codemeter/authorize aspect of Reason is why the program is "uncrackable" but yea.. it should just work as long as your internet does. Shit happens though.

weird! It's forwarding to .com now instead of .se
Maybe some domain tinkering is behind the issues? It's working for me.

They changed to a .com a few weeks agokuhliloach wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018weird! It's forwarding to .com now instead of .se

You have to do it from your Propellerhead account. Of course you won't be able to do that until they fix whatever server issues they're having right now, but It's a good thing to do once this is resolved.Klaus—Morlock wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018How do you authorise your computer? Cheers, man. I'm totally going to do it. I'm in deadline hell right now. I can only pray that they'll come into work on a Sunday.

The other time I remember seeing the site down, was when they added some new devices.
Maybe they are testing some new gizmos?
I think it was when players were added to the shop?

Getting the same here. My computer has been authorized. But I'm trying to run with 'TRY' RE's, which require online authorization (as do any betas you might be running for testing).
Well, you don't seem to be incorrect.scratchnsnifff wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018The other time I remember seeing the site down, was when they added some new devices.

Sadly no tweet about a shut down that they are aware of.
Hope they get it fixed. I was making a really cool workflow template that I'd like to have access to on my main computer. I got away from the ilok's and DRM measures when I first used Pro Tools for exactly these kinds of reasons. Didn't expect to be locked out for the night :/
