Can't load new samples into Re drum

Ok I have a problem when I open at Re drum, see when I hit the sampling button (on the right of the 3 buttons at the top) .. I then quickly cancel it and get out asap but then always have a problem loading new - one hit samples (snares, kicks etc etc) into Re drum..... I'm not sure what to do? Then when I try to search for new samples it just comes up as blank pages.........

As I said I'm not too sure what to do?

Not exactly sure how you mesn ir. Maybe check if the orange line referring to some particular format in the browser is on? If so close it to see oll files.
